Norman Rockwell Collectible Plate, "A Young Girl's Dream" c. 1985
Norman Rockwell Vintage Collectible Plate. "A Young Girl's Dream" based off a painting done by Rockwell in 1930 features a young woman sitting with her luggage ready for travel. This limited edition is the 1st Plate in the series of "Rockwell's American Dream". It is part of the first collector plate series selected and approved by The Norman Rockwell Family Trust and granted its seal of endorsement and authentication. It was strictly limited to 150 firing days in 1985 and was distributed by Edwin M. Knowles of Newell, West Virginia.
This 8.5" plate is made of fine china and numbered 17016J. The plate is certified as a True Rockwell Classic by The Rockwell Society of America. It is in excellent vintage condition. It does not come with the box and certificate.
