Vintage Dinner Plates, Set of 3, Bolero Dinnerware Line, Breakfast Nook Pattern c. Before 1960s
Set of three WS George Semi-Porcelain Dinnerware Plates, Bolero Line, Breakfast Nook Pattern. The plates were made in the United States prior to 1960 as the WS George Pottery Company dissolved in 1960. These lovely semi-porcelain 10.25" plates feature an open cottage window with a flower pot filled with pink flowers sitting on the window ledge. You can see a bird perched on a swing in a bird cage through the window and pink flowers lining a brown picket fence in front of the window. The plate is off white with gold trim and has a pie crust edge. They do not have any cracks or nicks and are in very nice vintage condition showing only normal wear.
These plates would make a wonderful addition to your cottage or vintage dinnerware. Or, you might need them as replacement pieces since these are discontinued. Also, they would make very lovely decorative plates for a cottage or bird motif.
