VINTAGE LISTINGS--

We will always do our best to accurately describe each shop listing including details and measurements, but please keep in mind that vintage items are at least 20 years old.  We will also disclose the condition including any flaws.  Be sure to review the images we provide.   

SHIPPING SCHEDULE--

Shipments are often mailed on the same day as purchased, but will always ship within 1-3 business days after payment has been received. For Domestic Orders, if you need a Rush Shipment, please feel free to contact us.

CALCULATED SHIPPING--

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and on your shipping zip code.  You can also upgrade to expedited shipping.  Please contact us with this request for accurate shipping fees. 

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS--

*** We ship via USPS Priority Mail.

*** All items are carefully packaged to reach their destination without damage. The cost of shipping covers the shipment, insurance, and tracking information.

*** Insurance will be provided for the value of the item shipped. All items will be packed securely, but should a problem arise, please contact us immediately. Keep the shipped item and all packaging until the issue has been resolved.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS--

*** We do ship internationally. If your country is not listed, contact us to see if it is possible for a shipment to be made to you.

*** International Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from the US before ordering.

*** All items are carefully packaged to reach their destination without damage.

*** Insurance and tracking provided on Priority Mail only. Insurance on 1st class Mail is not available. We can't be responsible for lost or missing international shipments. Usually, we can only track as far as the US border and have no control once it leaves the US. Due to the unpredictability of international shipments, we can't be responsible for any delays due to customs.

*** We do not offer returns or exchanges on international shipments.

*** Customs forms will be filled out and marked with the appropriate content and with the actual value of items listed. It's illegal to mark as 'gift' when it is not, so please don't ask us to do so.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY ON DOMESTIC ORDERS:

**We must be contacted within 3 days of receipt of your purchase for any return or exchange to be considered.  After 3 days of receipt, all sales are considered final.

**If an item is damaged when it is received, please contact us immediately and keep the shipped item and all packaging until the issue has been resolved.

**If you feel that an item has been misrepresented, we will gladly give a refund or offer an exchange within 7 days after receipt of the item.

**For all refunds or exchanges, the buyer is to pay for the return postage and insurance.  The purchased item must be returned to us in the same condition it was received and must be safely packaged to avoid damage.

PHOTO PROPS:

We use photo props in our listing pictures. Everything in the picture is considered a prop and is not for sale except for the actual item that is described in the listing.
